211. My Best Friend's Girl, Dororthy Koomson

Pretty good chicklit, about two bestfriends who fell out of friendship after one of them slept with the other's boyfriend, fell prenant and had his child. Years later, the one with the child was terminally ill, and the other one adopted this child who carried so much history.

But the story was went on to explore the living friend's relationship with the new man in her life, and her relationship with the father of that child. Pretty good ending.

Enjoyable read.

210. The Hiding Place, Corrie ten Boom

"I know that the experience of our lives, when we let God use them, become the mysterious and perfect preparation for the ork He will give us to do"

and

"This is what the past is for! Every experience God gives us, every person He puts in our lives is the perfect preparation for a future that only He can see"

Possibly one of the most inspiring biography i've ever read.

209. Caught, Harlan Coben

208. The Marriage Market, Nisha Minhas

Really funny chicklit about an Indian girl and commitment phobe boyfriend who went into a contract marriage for a year to prevent her from being sent to India for an arrange marriage. Hilarious. Absolutely an enjoyable read... one of those books that as you turned to the last page, you wish it continued on.

207. Room, Emma Donoghue

About a girl who was abducted, imprisoned in a small room and raped for the next 6 years. She bore a small boy and to this small boy, the 'room' is his whole life until he turned five.

206. Judge and Jury, James Peterson
